Description
Fluke 752A Reference Divider Repair and Calibration
The Fluke 752A is a precision DC reference divider — a metrology-grade resistive divider that divides a DC voltage by exact ratios (10:1 and 100:1) with very high accuracy, used in calibration labs to scale and transfer DC voltage standards. As a precision ratio standard, its faults concentrate in the precision resistor network, the switching/terminals, and the guard circuitry.
June Company repairs and calibrates the Fluke 752A for calibration labs and metrology teams.
Common Fluke 752A problems we fix
- Divider ratio out of spec — drift in the precision resistor network, recalibrated against standards so the ratio is accurate.
- Switching / terminal faults — the ratio-select switching or terminals not making clean contact, repaired.
- Guard-circuit faults — the guarding that protects ratio accuracy, repaired.
- Intermittent or open path — connection faults, repaired.
- Linearity / loading faults — corrected.
FAQs
My 752A ratio drifted — fixable? Yes. Resistor-network and switching faults are repairable, then the divider is recalibrated so its ratios are accurate and the standards you transfer through it are trustworthy, with a NIST-traceable certificate.
Are both ratios verified? Yes — the 10:1 and 100:1 ratios are checked against our standards.
Every repair includes NIST-traceable calibration and a 90-day parts-and-labor warranty. Email us or submit a service request.
