Yes. IR detector drift is the most common TiS fault. We recalibrate against blackbody reference sources across the full range, with NIST-traceable results on a certificate.
I dropped my camera and the screen cracked — can you fix it?
Yes. Cracked displays and touchscreen failures from drops are one of the most common TiS repairs (these are 2-meter drop-rated but not drop-proof), and fully restorable.
Do you still repair the original (non-Plus) TiS models?
Yes. The original TiS10–TiS75 are discontinued but fully supported for repair and recalibration alongside the current Plus models.
