Original diagnostic or inspection fees are non-refundable.
Eligibility for Returns:
Repairs are covered by a limited warranty of 90 days from the invoice date.
Warranty covers issues directly related to the repaired components or services.
Returns must be requested within 30 days of the date you receive your item. A request made after 30 days may still be covered by the 90-day repair warranty, but will be handled as a warranty claim rather than a return.
Non-Eligible Returns:
Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or external factors after the repair.
Repairs attempted by third parties after our service.
Procedure for Returns:
Contact us at info@junecompany.com to report the issue and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Ship the item back to us, securely packaged, with the RMA number clearly indicated.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the issue is covered under warranty.
Inspection and Resolution:
Returned items will be inspected upon receipt.
If the issue is covered by warranty, we will repair or replace the defective component at no additional charge.
If the issue is not covered, a repair estimate will be provided.
Refund Policy:
Refunds are only issued in cases where repairs are not feasible, at the company’s discretion.
Shipping and Transit Damage:
You are responsible for packaging returned equipment adequately for transit and for the cost of return shipping unless the issue is covered under warranty.
Risk of loss remains with you until the equipment is received at our facility. June Company accepts no responsibility for equipment that is lost, delayed, misdelivered, or damaged in transit, in either direction. We strongly recommend insuring your shipment for its full replacement value.
Damage occurring in transit is the responsibility of the carrier. Any claim must be filed by you with that carrier, and we will supply photographs and documentation to support it at no charge.
Transit damage is not a warranty defect and is not covered by the 90-day repair warranty. See Section 6 of our Terms & Conditions.
