Overview
Fluke reference thermometers provide laboratory-grade temperature measurement for calibration, metrology, and quality assurance. The handheld 1523 and 1524 accept PRTs, thermocouples, and thermistors with readout accuracy to ±0.002°C. The 1594A and 1595A Super-Thermometers deliver the highest accuracy available in a portable reference thermometer — down to ±0.5 mK — for primary temperature calibration and ITS-90 fixed-point work.

Common Fluke Reference Thermometers Failures We Repair
- Measurement channel accuracy drift requiring recalibration
- Probe connector pin corrosion or contact resistance increase
- Display pixel degradation on handheld models
- USB/RS-232 communication failures
- Internal reference resistance drift on Super-Thermometer models
- Battery performance degradation on portable units
Our technicians perform component-level diagnostics on every Fluke Reference Thermometers unit. We don’t just replace boards — we identify and repair the specific failed components, saving you the cost of full module replacements when possible.
Calibration
Every Fluke Reference Thermometers repair includes NIST-traceable calibration. We verify all primary output and measurement functions against our reference standards and provide a detailed calibration certificate documenting measured performance against the manufacturer’s published specifications.
