Description
Fluke 721 Pressure Calibrator Repair
The Fluke 721 is a dual-sensor pressure calibrator — it measures two pressure ranges simultaneously (commonly a static and a differential/line sensor) plus the mA loop signal, for calibrating gas-flow and pressure instruments in the field. Its precision lives in the dual internal pressure sensors and the mA measurement circuit, which is where service and calibration focus.
June Company repairs and calibrates the Fluke 721 for process and instrument-calibration technicians.
Common Fluke 721 problems we fix
- Pressure-sensor drift — one or both internal sensors drifting out of spec, recalibrated against standards.
- Generation / pressure-hold faults — leaks or fittings that stop it holding applied pressure, repaired.
- mA measurement faults — the loop measurement, recalibrated.
- Over-pressure damage — sensor damage from an over-range event, assessed and repaired.
- Display or battery faults.
FAQs
My 721 reads pressure wrong — fixable? Yes. Sensor drift is repaired and recalibrated against our reference standards so both pressure ranges and the mA function are accurate, with a NIST-traceable certificate.
Are both sensors verified? Yes — each pressure range is checked against our standards.
Every repair includes NIST-traceable calibration and a 90-day parts-and-labor warranty. Email us or submit a service request.
Shipping & Returns
Packing your equipment. You are responsible for packaging equipment adequately for transit. We strongly recommend the original manufacturer’s case, or double-boxing with at least two inches of shock-absorbing material on all six sides. We return your equipment in the packaging it arrived in, so please send it in packaging that will survive the return trip as well. If your packaging is damaged or inadequate for the return, we will substitute suitable packaging and may charge the cost of materials.
