Description
Fluke 729FC Pressure Calibrator Repair
The Fluke 729FC is an automatic pressure calibrator — it automatically generates and regulates pressure with an internal pump, measures it precisely, and documents the calibration of pressure transmitters and gauges, with HART and wireless (FC) connectivity. Its precision lives in the internal pump, the pressure sensor, and the measurement circuit, which is where service and calibration focus.
June Company repairs and calibrates the Fluke 729FC for instrument-calibration and process technicians.
Common Fluke 729FC problems we fix
- Internal-pump faults — the auto-pump not building or regulating pressure, repaired so it reaches and holds target pressure.
- Pressure-sensor drift — the sensor drifting out of spec, recalibrated against standards.
- Leaks in the pneumatic system — fittings or seals that stop it holding pressure, repaired.
- mA / HART functions faulty — the electrical/HART side, restored.
- Display, battery, or connectivity faults.
FAQs
My 729FC won’t build or hold pressure — fixable? Yes. Internal-pump and pneumatic faults are repairable, then the sensor is recalibrated so pressure generation and measurement are accurate, with a NIST-traceable certificate.
Is the sensor recalibrated? Yes — checked against our reference standards.
Every repair includes NIST-traceable calibration and a 90-day parts-and-labor warranty. Email us or submit a service request.
