Description

Fluke Ti400 PRO Infrared Camera Repair

The Fluke Ti400 PRO is a Professional-series imager with LaserSharp auto-focus – it uses a laser distance measurement to focus precisely on the target rather than estimating, which is what makes its temperature readings trustworthy at distance. The laser, the focus drive and the measurement chain are therefore tied together in a way they are not on manual-focus models.

June Company’s certified technicians repair the Fluke Ti400 PRO for thermographers, predictive maintenance programs, electrical contractors, and industrial inspection teams. Every imager is repaired at component level and its temperature accuracy verified against reference standards before it ships back, with the measured results documented.

Common Fluke Ti400 PRO problems we fix

  • Display or touchscreen failure.
  • Battery will not hold charge or unit will not power on – the pack, the charging circuit and the power section, tested separately.
  • LaserSharp auto-focus not locking – the laser distance measurement and the focus drive, which fail together often enough that both are tested as one system.
  • Out-of-focus images producing wrong temperatures – the specific danger on this model – a soft image does not just look bad, it reports incorrect readings.
  • Dead pixels or fixed pattern noise – microbolometer detector faults, which show as permanent spots or a grid pattern that no amount of re-focusing clears.
  • Image degrading between shutter cycles – the internal NUC shutter, which recalibrates the detector every few minutes – when it sticks the image drifts and blotches until the unit is power-cycled.
  • Temperature readings drifted – the measurement path rather than the image – a picture that looks fine can still be reporting the wrong number.
  • Visible-light camera or IR-Fusion faults.
  • Wireless or data transfer failures.

FAQs

Are the laser and the focus repaired separately? We test them as one system. They share a signal path and diagnosing either alone tends to miss the actual fault.

What if it is not worth repairing? We say so in the quote. The evaluation is free and there is no obligation to proceed.

Every repair carries a 90-day parts-and-labor warranty, with a firm quote before any work begins. Email us or submit a service request.
