Description
Fluke 7220A Calibration Bath Repair and Calibration
The Fluke 7220A is a precision calibration bath — a stirred-fluid temperature bath that holds a large, highly uniform, stable temperature volume so temperature sensors and probes can be calibrated against a reference with the best uniformity. Its precision depends on the heater/cooler, the stirring, the temperature control, and the reference, which is where service focuses.
June Company repairs and calibrates the Fluke 7220A for calibration labs and metrology teams.
Common Fluke 7220A problems we fix
- Uniformity / stability out of spec — stirring or control faults degrading bath uniformity, serviced so it meets spec.
- Won’t reach or hold setpoint — heater/cooler faults, repaired.
- Control-loop faults — slow or unstable stabilization, corrected.
- Reference / readout drift — recalibrated against standards.
- Stirrer-motor or display faults.
FAQs
My bath uniformity is off — fixable? Yes. Stirring and control faults affecting uniformity are repairable, and the control/reference is recalibrated, then verified so bath temperature is accurate, stable, and uniform, with a NIST-traceable certificate.
Is uniformity certified? Yes — verified against our reference standards.
Every repair includes NIST-traceable calibration and a 90-day parts-and-labor warranty. Email us or submit a service request.
