Description
Fluke 435 Power Quality Analyzer Repair and Calibration
The Fluke 435 is a three-phase power quality and energy analyzer — it measures voltage, current, power, harmonics, flicker, sags/swells, and energy for power-quality studies and troubleshooting, using flexible/clamp current probes. Its accuracy depends on the voltage and current measurement inputs, so that’s where service and calibration focus.
June Company repairs and calibrates the Fluke 435 for power-quality consultants, energy auditors, and facility engineers.
Common Fluke 435 problems we fix
- Current-input or probe channel faults — a phase not reading from its probe input, repaired so all phases measure correctly.
- Voltage/current readings out of spec — measurement-circuit drift, recalibrated against standards.
- Won’t power on or hold a charge — battery and power faults.
- Won’t log or store data — recording/memory faults, restored.
- Display or interface faults.
FAQs
One phase isn’t measuring on my 435 — fixable? Yes. Input-channel faults are repairable, then all inputs are recalibrated so your power-quality data is accurate, with a NIST-traceable certificate.
Are the current inputs verified? Yes — checked against our standards.
Every repair includes NIST-traceable calibration and a 90-day parts-and-labor warranty. Email us or submit a service request.
