Evident EPOCH 650 Ultrasonic Flaw Detector Repair

The EPOCH 650 is the conventional ultrasonic flaw detector a great many inspection programs are built around: a full VGA 640 by 480 transflective display, a patented digital high dynamic range receiver, 0 to 110 dB of gain, thirty digital filters and a 2 kHz PRF for rapid scanning, meeting ISO 22232-1. The knob-and-keypad interface is designed to be driven in gloves. It is not the newest thing Evident makes, and that is precisely why so many are still in daily service, and why keeping them running matters more than it would for a newer model.
