Description
Fluke 721EX-3630 Pressure Calibrator Repair
The Fluke 721EX-3630 is the intrinsically-safe (Ex) version of the Fluke 721 dual-sensor pressure calibrator — it carries two internal pressure sensors (here a 36 PSI and a 3000 PSI range) and is rated for use in hazardous/explosive atmospheres, common in oil-and-gas custody-transfer work. Its precision lives in those two sensors, and its Ex rating means repairs must preserve the intrinsic-safety integrity.
June Company repairs and calibrates the Fluke 721EX-3630 for oil-and-gas and process-calibration technicians.
Common Fluke 721EX-3630 problems we fix
- One or both sensors out of spec — the low- or high-range pressure sensor drifting, recalibrated against standards.
- Pressure-connection / hold faults — leaks or fittings that stop it holding applied pressure, repaired.
- mA/loop functions faulty — the electrical measurement side, restored.
- Display or battery faults.
- Pressure-measurement drift — recalibrated across both ranges.
FAQs
One of my pressure ranges reads wrong — fixable? Yes. We recalibrate each internal sensor independently so both ranges are accurate, with a NIST-traceable certificate, while preserving the unit’s Ex integrity.
Do you verify both sensors? Yes — each range is checked against our reference standards.
Every repair includes NIST-traceable calibration and a 90-day parts-and-labor warranty. Email us or submit a service request.
