Description
Fluke 700G05 Pressure Calibrator Repair
The Fluke 700G05 is a precision pressure gauge calibrator — a reference pressure gauge (this range to ~100 PSI) used to measure and verify pressure with high accuracy, typically paired with an external pump for calibration work. Unlike pump-equipped calibrators, the 700G is a measurement reference, so its precision lives entirely in the pressure sensor and measurement circuit.
June Company repairs and calibrates the Fluke 700G05 for instrument-calibration and process technicians.
Common Fluke 700G05 problems we fix
- Pressure readings drift or out of spec — pressure-sensor drift, the key service item on a reference gauge, recalibrated against standards.
- Won’t hold / leaks at the connection — the pressure port or seal, repaired.
- Reads erratically — measurement-circuit or sensor faults, repaired.
- Display or battery faults.
- Over-pressure damage — sensor damage from an over-range event, assessed and repaired.
FAQs
My 700G05 reads off — fixable? Yes. Pressure-sensor drift is recalibrated against our reference standards so the gauge reads accurately again, with a NIST-traceable certificate.
Is the sensor repairable after over-pressure? Yes — we assess and repair sensor damage, then recalibrate.
Every repair includes NIST-traceable calibration and a 90-day parts-and-labor warranty. Email us or submit a service request.
