Description
Fluke 725 Process Calibrator Repair
The Fluke 725 is a multifunction process calibrator – it sources and measures mA, volts, RTDs, thermocouples, frequency and resistance, and reads pressure through external 750P modules. It is effectively several calibrators in one case, which means a fault usually affects one function while the rest keep working.
June Company repairs and calibrates the Fluke 725 for process instrument technicians, plant calibration departments, and field service engineers. Every instrument is repaired at component level and verified against reference standards before it ships back, with the measured results documented.
Common Fluke 725 problems we fix
- 750P pressure module not recognised – the module interface rather than the module itself.
- 24V loop supply not driving a transmitter.
- Display, keypad and battery faults.
- One function failing while the others work – the usual 725 pattern – a single measurement or source path, repaired at component level.
- mA source or measure out of tolerance.
- Thermocouple or RTD readings inaccurate – the temperature input stages, each verified separately.
FAQs
What if it turns out not to be worth repairing? We tell you that in the quote. The evaluation costs nothing and there is no obligation to proceed.
My 750P module is not being recognised. Module or calibrator? We test both. It is frequently the interface in the calibrator rather than a failed module.
Every repair carries a 90-day parts-and-labor warranty, with a firm quote before any work begins. Email us or submit a service request.
