Fluke 190-104/S Scopemeter Repair

The Fluke 190-104/S is a ScopeMeter Test Tool from the 190 series – the line built around independently isolated inputs. Each channel floats separately, which is the entire reason these instruments get bought for motor drives, power electronics and three-phase work where two probes sharing a ground would short something expensive together. This model is the 100 MHz, four-channel configuration, so its front-end and timebase are specified accordingly and are verified to that bandwidth after repair. Four isolated channels is the configuration bought for three-phase and drive work, where the channel count is the whole point. The /S designation is the kit configuration, supplied with software and case – the instrument itself is identical to the base model.
