Vitrek 964i-24X2MX Hipot Tester Repair
The Vitrek 964i is a high-voltage hipot/electrical-safety analyzer — it performs AC/DC hipot and insulation-resistance testing, and with its scanner/matrix expansion (the 24X2MX configuration) routes the test to many points for multi-point production safety testing. It combines an HV source, leakage metering, and the scanner matrix, so faults can appear across all three.
June Company repairs and calibrates the Vitrek 964i-24X2MX for production safety-test and QC teams.
Common Vitrek 964i-24X2MX problems we fix
- Scanner / matrix channel faults — a scan point not routing the HV/measurement correctly, repaired so every channel tests.
- Leakage-current measurement off — the metering your hipot pass/fail depends on, recalibrated against standards.
- HV won’t reach voltage or trips — HV output-stage faults, rebuilt.
- Insulation-resistance function faulty — the IR measurement, restored.
- Interlock, display, or control faults.
FAQs
One of my scan channels won’t test — fixable? Yes. Scanner-matrix faults are repairable, and the HV and metering are recalibrated so multi-point hipot/IR testing is accurate, with a NIST-traceable certificate.
Are all channels verified? Yes — the scanner and measurement are checked against our standards.
Every repair includes NIST-traceable calibration and a 90-day parts-and-labor warranty. Email us or submit a service request.
