Overview
The Vitrek 95xi Series electrical safety compliance analyzers perform AC hipot, DC hipot, insulation resistance, ground bond, and leakage current testing required for UL, CSA, IEC, and EN product safety certification. The series scales from the 951i single-function hipot tester to the 959i full-featured compliance analyzer with all test functions integrated. The 952i adds insulation resistance to the 951i, the 953i adds ground bond, the 954i adds line leakage measurement, the 955i combines hipot with ground bond, and the 957i provides hipot plus insulation resistance plus ground bond. All models feature programmable test sequences, pass/fail indication, and RS-232/USB/GPIB interfaces for automated production testing. The i-suffix indicates the current generation with improved accuracy and expanded test capability.
