Overview

The Keysight Infiniium oscilloscope platform provides the highest performance real-time measurement capability for high-speed digital design, signal integrity analysis, and compliance testing. The S-Series (DSOS/MSOS) covers 500 MHz to 8 GHz with 10-bit ADC technology for superior signal fidelity. The V-Series (DSOV/MSOV/DSAV) extends to 8 GHz to 33 GHz bandwidth for the most demanding serial data and high-speed interface testing. DSAV models add advanced signal processing. All Infiniium models feature deep memory, hardware jitter analysis, compliance test applications, and comprehensive protocol decode.
