Overview
The Keysight InfiniiVision 4000X Series delivers higher performance than the 3000X with bandwidths from 200 MHz to 1.5 GHz, deeper memory, and a 12.1-inch capacitive touchscreen. DSOX models provide analog-only channels while MSOX models add 16 digital channels for mixed-signal analysis. The 4000X features the same 1 million wfms/s update rate as the 3000X but with 4 Mpts standard memory and optional segmented memory up to 128 segments. Zone triggering, hardware serial decode, and integrated analysis tools make this the workhorse for advanced embedded design and power integrity analysis.
