Overview
The Keysight InfiniiVision 3000X Series is Keysight’s mid-range oscilloscope platform, widely used in electronics design, manufacturing test, and education. Available in 2-channel (DSOX) and mixed-signal 2+16 channel (MSOX) configurations with bandwidths from 100 MHz to 1 GHz. The T-Series represents the current generation with capacitive touchscreen, zone triggering, and upgradeable bandwidth. The A-Series predecessor remains widely deployed. All models feature 1 million waveforms per second update rate, MegaZoom IV deep memory, hardware-accelerated serial decode, and integrated digital voltmeter and frequency counter.
