Overview
The Keysight Infiniium UXR Series represents the ultimate in real-time oscilloscope performance, with bandwidths from 20 GHz to 110 GHz. The UXR features Keysight’s proprietary indium phosphide (InP) chipset for unmatched signal fidelity, 10-bit ADC at all bandwidths, and sample rates up to 256 GSa/s. DSOZ models provide the base platform while DSAZ models add advanced signal processing for enhanced measurement accuracy. The UXR is the instrument of choice for 400G/800G optical, PCIe Gen 5/6, USB4, DDR5, and other cutting-edge high-speed interface validation.
