Overview
The Keysight MXR Series is the top of the InfiniiVision line, featuring bandwidths from 500 MHz to 6 GHz with up to 8 analog channels in a single instrument — a first for real-time oscilloscopes. The MXR provides 200 Mpts of acquisition memory, hardware-accelerated 10-bit ADC mode for improved vertical resolution, and the same zone triggering and serial decode capabilities as the rest of the InfiniiVision family. The discontinued 6000X Series offered 2/4 channel configurations at 1 GHz to 6 GHz bandwidth. Both platforms target high-speed digital, power integrity, and multi-channel embedded design.
