Description
Vitrek 953i Safety Analyzer Repair and Calibration
The Vitrek 953i is a high-voltage electrical-safety analyzer — it performs AC/DC hipot, insulation resistance, and ground-bond testing for production safety compliance, applying high voltage and measuring leakage to pass/fail products to standard. It combines an HV source, leakage metering, and a ground-bond source, so faults can appear across all functions.
June Company repairs and calibrates the Vitrek 953i for production safety-test and QC teams.
Common Vitrek 953i problems we fix
- Leakage-current measurement off — the metering your hipot pass/fail depends on, recalibrated against standards.
- Ground-bond won’t reach current — the high-current GB source, repaired so it sources full bond current.
- HV won’t reach voltage or trips — HV output-stage faults, rebuilt.
- Insulation-resistance function faulty — the IR measurement, restored.
- Interlock, display, or control faults.
FAQs
My 953i leakage or ground-bond is off — fixable? Yes. Metering and GB-source faults are repairable, then recalibrated so hipot, IR, and ground bond pass/fail correctly, with a NIST-traceable certificate.
Are all functions verified? Yes — hipot, IR, and ground bond are checked against our standards.
Every repair includes NIST-traceable calibration and a 90-day parts-and-labor warranty. Email us or submit a service request.
