Description
Fluke 378 Clamp Meter Repair and Calibration
The Fluke 378 FC is a true-RMS AC/DC clamp meter with an integrated field-sensing technology that lets it measure voltage and current simultaneously without test leads, for fast power and load measurement. Its accuracy depends on the current-sensing jaw, the field-sensing voltage measurement, and the circuitry, which is where service and calibration focus.
June Company repairs and calibrates the Fluke 378 for electricians and maintenance technicians.
Common Fluke 378 problems we fix
- Current readings inaccurate or drifting — current-sensing jaw or measurement-circuit drift, recalibrated against standards.
- Field-sensing voltage measurement off — the non-contact voltage sensing, repaired and recalibrated.
- Clamp jaw won’t read or is erratic — jaw mechanism or sensor faults, repaired.
- Display or connectivity faults — the display or FC wireless, repaired.
- Won’t power on — battery/power faults.
FAQs
My 378 current or voltage readings are off — fixable? Yes. Current-sensing and field-sensing faults are repairable and recalibrated, then verified so all functions read accurately, with a NIST-traceable certificate.
Do you calibrate all functions? Yes — current and voltage are checked against our standards.
Every repair includes NIST-traceable calibration and a 90-day parts-and-labor warranty. Email us or submit a service request.
