Overview
The Vitrek 964i Series provides multi-channel hipot testing for production environments where multiple device under test (DUT) connections must be tested in sequence or simultaneously. The base 964i provides single-output AC/DC hipot testing up to 6 kVAC/DC with high throughput. The MX (multiplexer) variants add 8, 16, or 24 channels of automated switching, allowing a single 964i to test multiple DUT connections without manual reconfiguration. The 964i is designed for high-volume production lines where test speed and repeatability are critical. All models feature programmable test sequences, pass/fail output, handler I/O for automated line integration, and scanner functionality for multi-point testing.
