Thermo Scientific TruScan RM Analyzer Repair

The TruScan RM is the handheld Raman analyzer built for pharmaceutical raw material identification, where every incoming container has to be verified and the verification has to survive an audit. It runs 785 nm excitation across 250 to 2,875 cm-1 at 8 to 10.5 cm-1 resolution, weighs under 2 lb, and verifies material through plastic bags, glass, blister packs and clear gel caps without opening them. It is designed around regulated workflows, carrying 21 CFR Part 11 and GMP features including biometric login, password aging and complexity, and a full audit trail.
