Description
Megger EZ-Thump 3GD4 Power Fault Locator Repair
The Megger EZ-Thump 3GD4 is a compact cable fault locator (thumper/surge generator system) — it combines a surge generator (“thumper”) with prelocation and pinpointing functions to find faults in underground power cables. It pairs a high-voltage surge source with measurement and control, so faults concentrate in the surge-generation (HV) section, the measurement/prelocation electronics, and the control interface.
June Company repairs and calibrates the Megger EZ-Thump 3GD4 for cable-fault and utility crews.
Common Megger EZ-Thump 3GD4 problems we fix
