Overview
Keysight signal generators provide precision RF, microwave, and arbitrary waveform generation from DC to 44 GHz. The PSG Series (E8257D/E8267D) delivers the highest output power and lowest phase noise for receiver testing and radar simulation. The MXG/EXG Series (N5171B–N5183B) offers cost-effective analog and vector signal generation. The VXG Series (M9383B/M9384B) provides wideband vector signal generation for 5G NR testing. The M8190A/M8194A/M8195A/M8196A arbitrary waveform generators deliver up to 92 GSa/s for complex waveform creation. Pulse generators (81133A/81134A) and noise generators (81150A/81160A) serve specialized test needs.
