The Keysight X-Series is the world’s most widely used signal and spectrum analyzer platform. The CXA (N9000B) provides economy signal analysis to 26.5 GHz. The EXA (N9010B) offers mid-range performance to 44 GHz. The MXA (N9020B) delivers high-performance analysis to 50 GHz with real-time spectrum analysis. The PXA (N9030B) provides the highest sensitivity and widest analysis bandwidth to 50 GHz. The UXA (N9040B/N9041B) extends to 110 GHz for millimeter-wave applications. The N9038A and N9048B provide full-compliance EMI receivers. The N9320B–N9344C handheld spectrum analyzers offer portable spectrum analysis to 20 GHz.
