Overview

The Keysight PNA Series is the industry-standard platform for microwave and millimeter-wave network analysis. The PNA-L (N5231B/N5232B/N5234B/N5235B) provides cost-effective linear network analysis from 300 kHz to 50 GHz. The PNA (N5221B/N5222B/N5224B/N5225B/N5227B) adds wider dynamic range and faster sweep speeds up to 67 GHz. The PNA-X (N5241B/N5242B/N5244B/N5245B/N5247B/N5249B) is the world’s most integrated network analyzer with built-in second source, combiners, switches, and pulse modulators for nonlinear characterization, noise figure, and intermodulation distortion measurements up to 120 GHz. The N5264B and N5291A extend to specialized configurations.
