Overview
Hioki impedance analyzers and LCR meters provide precision passive component characterization from DC to 300 MHz. The IM7580A series covers 1 MHz to 300 MHz for high-frequency component analysis — the IM7587 extends to 300 MHz for RF inductor and capacitor testing. The IM3570 and IM3590 provide electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) capability for battery, fuel cell, and corrosion research. The IM3523/IM3533/IM3536 LCR meters deliver production-grade component measurement from 1 mHz to 8 MHz with high-speed testing capability. The legacy 3504 capacitance meter and 3506-10 C meter remain in active service. All instruments feature high basic accuracy, multi-parameter display, and automation interfaces for production integration.
