Status: Current Production (PW Series) — 3332/3333 Discontinued
Overview
Hioki power analyzers and power meters provide precision electrical power measurement for efficiency testing, motor drive analysis, and energy compliance. The PW8001 is Hioki’s flagship — the world’s only power analyzer with 18-bit resolution and DC to 5 MHz bandwidth for accurate measurement of inverter-driven systems with high-frequency switching. The PW6001 delivers DC to 2 MHz bandwidth with up to 12 input channels. The PW3390 provides 4-channel power analysis with harmonic measurement to the 100th order. The PW3334–PW3337 power meters offer 1 to 4 channel configurations for production-line power measurement and efficiency testing. The legacy 3332 and 3333 power meters remain widely deployed.

Common Hioki Power Analyzer / Power Meter Failures We Repair
- Input channel module damage from overvoltage or overcurrent
- Current sensor interface circuit failures
- ADC module calibration drift
- Display or touchscreen failures
- Internal power supply degradation
- Communication interface failures
- Voltage divider or shunt resistor drift
- Fan or cooling system failures on multi-channel units
Our technicians perform component-level diagnostics on every Hioki Power Analyzer / Power Meter unit. We identify and repair the specific failed components rather than replacing entire assemblies when possible, reducing your repair cost and turnaround time.
Calibration
Every Hioki Power Analyzer / Power Meter repair includes NIST-traceable calibration. We verify all critical measurement parameters against our reference standards and provide a detailed calibration certificate documenting measured performance against the manufacturer’s published specifications.
