Description
ABB HygienicMaster Flowmeter Repair
The ABB HygienicMaster is an electromagnetic (mag) flowmeter designed for hygienic/sanitary process applications — food, beverage, dairy, and pharmaceutical — measuring conductive-liquid flow by Faraday induction with hygienic fittings and materials. As a mag meter, its faults concentrate in the electrodes/sensor, the transmitter electronics, and the field-coil drive — there are no moving parts in the flow path.
June Company repairs and calibrates the ABB HygienicMaster for food, beverage, and pharmaceutical process teams.
Common ABB HygienicMaster problems we fix
- Sensor / electrode restoration — electrode coating or wetted-electrode faults skewing the flow signal, cleaned/replaced and restored.
- Transmitter-board faults — the converter not processing the flow signal correctly, repaired.
- Field-coil drive faults — the excitation that creates the magnetic field, repaired.
- Flow readings inaccurate or unstable — recalibrated against standards.
- No output, display, or communication faults.
FAQs
My HygienicMaster readings drifted — fixable? Yes. Electrode/sensor and transmitter faults are repairable, then the meter is recalibrated so flow measurement is accurate, with documented results.
Is the flow calibration verified? Yes — verified against our standards.
Every repair includes calibration verification and a 90-day parts-and-labor warranty. Email us or submit a service request.
