Description
Chroma 19036 Safety Analyzer Repair and Calibration
The Chroma 19036 is an electrical safety / hipot analyzer — it performs AC/DC withstand (hipot), insulation-resistance, and ground-bond testing for production safety compliance, applying high voltage and measuring leakage to pass/fail products, with a test timer and interlock. It combines an HV source, leakage metering, and a ground-bond source, so faults can appear across all functions.
June Company repairs and calibrates the Chroma 19036 for production safety-test and QC teams.
Common Chroma 19036 problems we fix
- Timer-circuit faults — the test timer not running or wrong, repaired so dwell times are correct.
- HV output-stage failure — won’t reach test voltage or output unstable, rebuilt for stable rated output.
- Leakage-current measurement off — the metering your pass/fail depends on, recalibrated against standards.
- Ground-bond or IR function faults — the GB source or insulation-resistance measurement, restored.
- Interlock or control faults.
FAQs
My 19036 timer or leakage reading is off — fixable? Yes. Timer and metering faults are repairable, then recalibrated so dwell times and pass/fail are accurate across hipot, IR, and ground bond, with a NIST-traceable certificate.
Are all functions verified? Yes — hipot, IR, and ground bond are checked against our standards.
Every repair includes NIST-traceable calibration and a 90-day parts-and-labor warranty. Email us or submit a service request.
