How to Send In Your Hipotronics Instrument
- Tell us your model. Email us or submit a service request with your model and what you need calibrated.
- Ship it to us. Send your instrument from anywhere in the US — we provide prepaid shipping labels on request.
- Get it back, documented. We calibrate it, verify performance against the manufacturer’s specs, and return it with a NIST-traceable calibration certificate.

How long does calibration take?
Most Hipotronics calibrations are completed within 5–10 business days of arrival, with expedited turnaround available if you need it back fast.
Is your calibration ISO/IEC 17025 accredited and NIST-traceable?
Yes. ISO/IEC 17025 is the international standard for calibration laboratory competence, and “NIST-traceable” means every measurement chains back to national reference standards. Your certificate documents the measured results against the manufacturer’s published specifications.
How often should I calibrate my hipot tester or HV divider?
