How to Send In Your Hipotronics Instrument
- Tell us your model. Email us or submit a service request with your model and what you need calibrated.
- Ship it to us. Send your instrument from anywhere in the US ā we provide prepaid shipping labels on request.
- Get it back, documented. We calibrate it, verify performance against the manufacturer’s specs, and return it with a NIST-traceable calibration certificate.

How long does calibration take?

Is your calibration ISO/IEC 17025 accredited and NIST-traceable?
Yes. ISO/IEC 17025 is the international standard for calibration laboratory competence, and “NIST-traceable” means every measurement chains back to national reference standards. Your certificate documents the measured results against the manufacturer’s published specifications.
How often should I calibrate my hipot tester or HV divider?
