Our Tektronix MDO34 oscilloscope was damaged and making it impossible to use. Buttons, knobs, and even the display was damaged. We sent it in for repair or at least evaluation being in such bad shape. Unexpectedly, we it was repairable, and we decided to proceed with the repair and calibration. Amazingly, our oscilloscope came back virtually new condition. Very glad we sent it in.
